NITSNETS, S.L. has carried out the project titled “Go2B software, applying Artificial Intelligence to automate commercial management”, funded by the Valencian Institute for Business Competitiveness (IVACE) within the SME INNOVATION PROJECTS grant program (INNOVA-CV), under the Innovation in ICTE action (INNOVATeiC-CV), with funding from the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund. The grant amounted to €34,603.78.

The Go2B project aims to develop an innovative technology solution based on artificial intelligence to automate B2B commercial management in the footwear sector. The platform integrates autonomous sales agents capable of interacting with customers in real time, managing orders, resolving queries, and optimizing sales through advanced natural language processing and machine learning techniques. In addition, it connects with ERP systems to provide up-to-date information on stock, prices, and orders, ensuring efficiency and reducing errors. This solution helps lower operating costs, improve productivity, and support business scalability, positioning itself as a key tool in the sector's digital transformation.
