Project Manager E-commerce | Shopify

What will you do?

You will lead Shopify projects ensuring flawless execution from start to finish. Your role will be key to guaranteeing the success of every project, and you will bring strategic value both to our team and to our clients.

Lead Shopify projects: You will manage Shopify projects, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget and with the expected quality. You will be responsible for the setup and optimization of Shopify and Shopify Plus stores.

Client communication: You will be the main point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and proposing customized solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Team coordination: You will lead multidisciplinary teams (frontend, backend, UX) using agile methodologies.

Quality control and documentation: You will oversee the quality of deliverables and ensure that all project information and documentation is properly organized and accessible.

Continuous optimization: You will analyze the results of each project, proposing process improvements to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Remote and flexible

• Where will you work?

  We are currently 100% remotely located.
  Teams hold meetings and share knowledge at our offices in Alicante.

  In this case, being a position of responsibility and involving working with management, we propose a hybrid model in which approximately 20% of your time will be shared with the rest of the team in our offices in Alicante, and the rest where you prefer.

• Schedule

  This position requires dedication from Monday to Thursday from 8h to 14h and from 15h to 17:15h to have Friday afternoons free! finishing at 15h.

  In addition to flexible working hours in July and intensive working hours in August.

What are we looking for?

• Experience: You should have launched at least 5 Shopify stores and at least one Shopify Plus project.
• Leadership: Ability to coordinate technical teams and manage resources efficiently, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with the Shopify and Shopify Plus ecosystem, as well as knowledge of tools such as Liquid, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and Shopify APIs.
• Management tools: Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence or Clickup, and command of agile methodologies (Scrum/Agile).
• Analytical skills: Mastery of qualitative and quantitative research techniques, and the ability to interpret data and propose improvements.
• Communication: Ability to communicate fluently with clients and strong negotiation skills.
• Problem solving: Proactive profile, goal-oriented and with the ability to make strategic decisions.
