Direct Seller-Customer Communication
One of the keys to marketplace success is trust. We implemented a native communication feature that breaks barriers: a chat system integrated into the order history, WhatsApp-style.
This custom integration between the Shopify frontend and the Mirakl engine allows users to resolve questions about their order directly with the external seller, without leaving their customer area and with a familiar, intuitive mobile interface.
